Policy

The following is a brief summary of our meeting room policy: 

  • Person must be in good standing with the library (no lost items or excessive fines) to reserve the room.
  • Reserved on a first come, first served basis.
  • Must complete a reservation form.
  • Must notify us if the event is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled.
  • Not intended to be a permanent meeting place for any group (except the Friends of the Library).
  • No sales events.
  • No tacks, nails, or adhesive tape are to be placed in or on doors, walls, windows, furniture, or fixtures.
  • No animals, alcohol, or open flame allowed.
